01 — General & Booking
General & Booking Questions
TapNdFly is the booking brand of Hoichoi Tours Limited, a registered Bangladeshi company. It curates and resells tour, Hajj/Umrah, and visa-assistance services through licensed and credentialed partners; partner licensing details are shared with you before you book.
Browse packages on our site, message us on WhatsApp or submit an inquiry form with your destination and dates, and we'll send a full pricing breakdown before you commit.
Yes — tell us your destination, budget, and travel style, and we'll build a custom itinerary rather than fitting you into a fixed template.
6–8 weeks ahead is comfortable for most destinations; longer for Schengen/Europe or Hajj/Umrah given visa and quota processing time.
Yes — hotel accommodation is bundled into tour packages, matched to your selected tier. Standalone hotel-only booking isn't currently offered.
Every package page displays the total price with inclusions/exclusions clearly listed — we don't use "starting from" pricing that changes at checkout.
02 — Payments & Pricing
Payments & Pricing Questions
Prices are displayed in BDT with a USD equivalent for reference. BDT is the binding transaction currency unless otherwise stated.
Online payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, cards via EBL & Dutch-Bangla) are being finalized. Right now we accept direct bank transfer through the NPSB network — bank details are shared with your invoice.
Package prices are per person, twin-sharing by default, clearly labeled on each package page.
Installment plans are available on select packages, particularly Hajj/Umrah. Availability and schedule are shown on the specific package page.
No — we don't add hidden fees at checkout. Full inclusions and exclusions are listed on every package page before you book.
Embassy/government visa fees are non-refundable by TapNdFly regardless of outcome. Our service fee refund eligibility depends on whether documents were already submitted.
03 — Visa Questions
Visa Questions Questions
No. Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
An e-visa is applied for online before travel. Visa-on-arrival is issued at the destination airport/border. An embassy visa requires an in-person application, sometimes an interview, before departure.
Rejection reasons are determined and communicated by the embassy — common causes include incomplete documentation, insufficient proof of funds, or inconsistent information.
Generally yes, even infants — requirements and documentation (e.g., parental consent, birth certificate) vary by destination.
Yes — the final decision rests entirely with the embassy or immigration authority, which can consider factors beyond documentation completeness.
As early as possible — especially for Schengen, China, or any destination requiring an embassy appointment.
04 — Hajj & Umrah
Hajj & Umrah Questions
No. TapNdFly resells Hajj/Umrah packages fulfilled by HAAB-certified partner agencies — established agencies with valid HAAB membership numbers and Ministry of Religious Affairs approval. Your assigned partner and their credentials are shared with you before payment.
A HAAB-certified partner agency assigned to your booking — not TapNdFly directly. TapNdFly manages your booking, communication, and payment; the partner agency handles Ministry registration and Saudi-side fulfilment.
HAAB (Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh) membership is required for an agency to legally register pilgrims for Hajj in Bangladesh. Every partner agency we work with holds a valid HAAB membership number, and we share your assigned partner's membership details with you before payment.
Because Hajj demand is seasonal and quota-capped, we offer an early interest-registration step separate from a binding booking — first-come, first-served ahead of the season.
No — quota allocation is controlled by the Ministry of Religious Affairs through our licensed partner agency, not by TapNdFly.
Refund terms differ from standard tour packages and are set jointly with the licensed partner agency, often stricter closer to the season due to quota-lock deadlines.
