1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TapNdFly website and any booking you make through it. TapNdFly is a brand operated by Hoichoi Tours Limited, registered in Bangladesh, office at 1st floor, House 1/B, Road No. 10, Nikunja-2, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. By making a booking or inquiry you accept these terms.

2. Our Role as a Reseller — Read This Section Carefully

TapNdFly is a travel-package curator and reseller. It is not a direct supplier of hotels, ground transport, airlines, or — for Hajj/Umrah — pilgrimage registration services.

• Tour packages: TapNdFly bundles third-party services into a fixed package and is responsible for the package being delivered as advertised.
• Hajj/Umrah: TapNdFly does not hold a Hajj licence and does not register pilgrims with the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Pilgrimage registration, quota allocation and Saudi-side ground fulfilment are carried out by a licensed HAAB partner agency. TapNdFly manages your booking experience, communication and payment.
• Flights (future service): when launched, flight ticketing will be provided through a licensed consolidator partner, not through direct airline or CAAB ticketing authority.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details and travel documents you provide are accurate, complete and valid for travel.

4. Payments

Prices are displayed in BDT with a USD figure shown for reference; the BDT amount is the binding transaction currency unless stated otherwise. Payment is currently accepted by direct bank transfer through the NPSB network; additional online payment methods (mobile financial services and card gateways) are being added. Bank details are provided with your invoice.

5. Visa & Documentation

TapNdFly provides visa documentation and application support only and does not guarantee visa approval for any destination. Visa fees charged by embassies or consulates are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.

6. Force Majeure

TapNdFly is not liable for failure to perform any obligation where that failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or civil unrest, government or regulatory action, or the failure of a partner agency or supplier.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
