Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to bookings made with TapNdFly, a brand of Hoichoi Tours Limited. The cancellation table shown on each individual package page applies to that package; where it differs from the general table below, the package page prevails.
2. Standard Tour Package Refunds

Refunds are calculated on the package price actually paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs and any embassy or government fees.
3. Visa Assistance Fees
The visa-assistance service fee is refundable only if you cancel before your documents have been submitted to the embassy or consulate. Embassy and government visa fees are never refundable by TapNdFly.
4. Hajj/Umrah Package Cancellations — Read Carefully
Hajj/Umrah cancellation terms differ from standard tour packages because pilgrimage registration involves quota allocation and Ministry-side processes controlled by the licensed HAAB partner agency, not by TapNdFly. Once registration has been submitted to the Ministry, cancellation may carry a reduced refund or no refund. The applicable terms are disclosed to you at the booking stage, before payment.
5. Force Majeure Cancellations
If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, TapNdFly will work in good faith towards rescheduling or a partial refund of amounts recoverable from suppliers. A full refund cannot be guaranteed in force-majeure situations.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Embassy and government visa fees
- Third-party costs already committed and non-recoverable
- No-shows and early departure from a trip
- Hajj/Umrah partner registration costs once submitted to the Ministry
7. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request, with your booking reference, via our Contact page or WhatsApp. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 working days of approval.
