TapNdFly is a travel-package curation and reselling platform operated by Hoichoi Tours Limited, a company registered in Bangladesh, with its office at 1st floor, House 1/B, Road No. 10, Nikunja-2, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. TapNdFly resells tour packages and Hajj/Umrah packages (through licensed HAAB partner agencies) and provides visa documentation assistance, primarily for travellers in Bangladesh and Southeast Asia.
2. What Data We Collect
Depending on the service you use, we may collect: your full name, phone number and email address; passport and National ID copies (for Hajj/Umrah and visa bookings); passport-style photographs; health and vaccination documentation; payment and booking-confirmation details; and standard website-usage data such as IP address, device information and cookies.
3. Why We Collect Your Data
We use your data to process bookings and inquiries, provide visa documentation assistance, share required information with your licensed Hajj/Umrah partner agency for pilgrimage registration, provide customer support, issue invoices, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Passport, NID, and health data are collected only with your explicit consent and only where a service you have requested requires them.
4. Hajj/Umrah Data Sharing — Special Notice
Because TapNdFly resells Hajj/Umrah packages sourced from licensed HAAB partner agencies, your passport, NID, photographs and health/vaccination documents will be shared with the specific licensed partner agency handling your registration. This sharing is necessary for your pilgrimage registration to be processed and cannot be completed without it. We share only what the partner agency needs for that purpose.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep booking and financial records for as long as required by Bangladesh tax and company law, and Hajj/Umrah documentation for as long as our partner agencies and the relevant authorities require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Payment Data
Hoichoi Tours Limited does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. Online card payments, when available, are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway. Bank-transfer payments are recorded only as a confirmation reference against your booking.
